Our development syllabus has been created by our Academy staff, focusing on developing the right environment to create a player development framework, through our technical DNA. Our team of coaches will focus on grouping players within three specific session types to promote progression and individual development:

    Stage 1: Development
    Stage 2: Progression
    Stage 3: Advanced

Sessions will include; goal scoring, defending, possession and domination. Each session is themed around a specific element of the game and our FA and UEFA-qualified coaches use inspiration from our current First Team and Academy to help develop the young players on our programmes.

We will monitor each player individually to ensure they train with players of similar abilities and ages, with the aim to progress every player through the ability levels.

Our Player Development Programmes are created within the boundaries of discipline that allows the players to demonstrate flair and individualism.
