    What is happening to One Hotspur Membership?

    For next season, we have streamlined Membership tiers. Bronze and Lilywhite, and the junior bands (Dribbler, Kickers and Strikers), are being brought together as one Membership family. All of our Members are now known as One Hotspur Members.

    An upgrade to One Hotspur + Membership is available, where you will receive extra benefits such as a place on the Season Ticket Waiting List, an advanced Member Ticket Priority Window and extra Ticketing Points (previously known as Loyalty Points).

    What are Ticketing Points?

    Ticketing Points are simply the new name for Loyalty Points, all other aspects remain the same. Ticketing Points are earned by renewing Membership, paying by Direct Debit, and purchasing match tickets. They are used by the Club when allocating tickets when fixtures are oversubscribed, such as latter stages of cup competitions and away matches.

    Which Membership level should I choose?

    If you are currently a Lilywhite Member, then 2018/2019 One Hotspur Membership provides you with the most similar benefits, as well as new ones. You'll also retain the Ticketing Points you have accumulated.

    If you are a Bronze Member, we strongly suggest you renew to 2018/2019 One Hotspur + Membership in order to keep your place on the Season Ticket Waiting List, as well utilising the extra benefits such as an advanced Member Ticketing Priority Window and additional Ticketing Points.

    I HAVE A DISABILITY, IS THERE A SEPARATE MEMBERSHIP PROGRAMME?

    Will I retain my Ticketing Points?

    Yes, renew before 5pm Thursday 31 May and you will retain the Ticketing Points you have accrued.

    Will I retain my position on the Season Ticket Waiting List?

    All current Bronze Members have a position on the Season Ticket Waiting List. Once you renew onto One Hotspur + you will retain your Season Ticket Waiting List position.

    Why is there no longer a Direct Debit discount?

    Changes in UK legislation in January this year means that we must charge the same for all payment methods. However, if you renew by Direct Debit you will receive an additional 5 Ticketing Points. Also, Direct Debit customers will be automatically renewed each season, avoiding the risk of missing the renewal deadline and losing Ticketing Points and Season Ticket Waiting List position.

    Can I cancel my Direct Debit?

    Yes, if you don’t wish to renew this season you should cancel your Direct Debit before Monday 14 May. You can do this by contacting your bank directly.

    This season, I paid my Membership by Direct Debit. Do I need to do anything to renew?

    No, there’s no need to do anything to renew. We will auto-renew you and payment will be taken from your account on Tuesday 15 May or Wednesday 16 May. You will receive an email 10 working days before this to advise you of the amount and payment date. However, you should check with your bank that your Direct Debit details are up to date. Should your Direct Debit details be incorrect, and you do not take action before the renewal deadline, we will be unable to renew your Membership and you will lose your Ticketing Points and your position on the Season Ticket Waiting List.

    This season, I paid my Membership by debit/credit card. Do I need to do anything to renew?

    Yes, you must log on to eticketing using your Client Reference Number and complete your renewal online where you can choose to pay via Direct Debit or by a valid debit or credit card. If you experience any issues, please call 0330 333 2018


     

    Can I upgrade or downgrade Membership for the forthcoming season?

    Yes, you can choose a different Membership type this season to best suit your needs. If you signed up this season via Direct Debit and wish to upgrade or downgrade, please call 0330 333 2018 to make the necessary changes. If you signed up via card this season, please choose the right plan for you when you are renewing online.

    I want to join Membership for the first time, when can I sign up?

    One Hotspur Membership opens up to new Members in early June - you can register your interest here.

    When will I receive my Gift Pack?

    Gift Packs will be sent out in July. Please ensure the address details we hold for you are up to date. You can check and update your details by logging into My Account on eticketing:

    I’m a One Hotspur + Member. Will I be offered a Season Ticket?

    Only Members who renew onto One Hotspur + before 5pm Thursday 31 May will be considered for a Season Ticket. Any Season Tickets that may become available will be offered to One Hotspur + Members based on their Season Ticket Waiting List position. 

    What happens if I don’t renew before 5pm Thursday 31 May?

    If you don’t renew by before 5pm Thursday 31 May you will lose your Ticketing Points and your position on Season Ticket Waiting List (current Bronze Members only).

    At what age will I qualify for senior concessionary pricing?

    Anyone aged 65 or over on 16 August 2018 can pay senior concessionary pricing; £20 for One Hotspur or £25 for One Hotspur +.

    At what age will I qualify for junior concessionary pricing?

    Anyone under 18 on 16 August 2018 will can pay junior concessionary pricing; £20 for One Hotspur or £25 for One Hotspur +.

    How much does an upgrade to One Hotspur + cost?

    For just £5, you can upgrade from One Hotspur to One Hotspur + and enjoy an advanced Member Ticketing Priority Window and a position on the Season Ticket Waiting List.

    I was a Dribbler, Kicker, Striker or Young Adult this season, which Membership type will I become this season?

    Dribbler, Kicker, Striker and Young Adult tiers are joining one Membership family and will become One Hotspur Members.

    What’s in this Season’s Member Gift Pack?

    There are 4 different Gift Packs depending on age.

    What discount will Members get in Spurs shop this season?

    Members will get 10% off everything online and in-store at Spurs Shops on selected matchdays. We will notify you by email on details of which matchdays the Member discounts will be available. To receive these emails, please ensure we have an up-to-date email address and that you have opted in to receive emails from us.

    Do I need Membership to buy a match ticket?

    No, but having Membership provides a greater chance to access match tickets for our new stadium.

    How many tickets can I purchase with my Membership?

    Members can purchase one ticket per Membership during a Member Ticket Priority Window. If tickets reach Guest Sale you can purchase one additional ticket, subject to availability.

    During Members Sale, can you add multiple tickets to your basket to enable you to purchase alongside other Members?

    Once these tickets are added to the basket, you will be asked to ‘reassign’ the rest of the tickets to other Members via their Client Reference Number if they are within your 'My Network'.

    What is Ticket Exchange and how do I access it?

    Ticket Exchange is the Club’s secondary ticketing platform where Season Ticket Holders, unable to attend a match, can sell their ticket at face value, subject to a booking fee. Only Members can purchase tickets on Ticket Exchange.

    I’m currently a Wembley Pass Holder, what happens next season?

    Wembley Passes will expire at the end of this season. Current Wembley Pass holders should renew their One Hotspur Membership before 5pm Thursday 31 May and in doing so will retain their Ticketing Points and their position on the Season Ticket Waiting List. If you are on Direct Debit you will be automatically renewed onto One Hotspur +.

    Will the new Young Adult concessionary pricing for 18-21 year olds purchasing Season Tickets be replicated within Membership?

    18-21 year olds will pay adult pricing. Concessionary Membership pricing is only available to under 18 or those aged 65 and over.

    I am 16/17 years old, what will I pay and what Gift Pack will I receive?

    You will pay the £20 junior price for next season, or £25 for One Hotspur +, and you will receive the pack for adult Members.
